How to cancel

No phone calls, no questions, no offers to talk you out of it. You keep access until the end of what you’ve already paid for.

Stop my plan

This stops the billing. Your account and everything in it stay put, so you can come back any time.

   Sign in and open your account page.

   Tap “Manage or cancel my subscription” — it looks like this:

   On the billing page that opens, choose Cancel and confirm. That’s it — you’ll get an email confirming the cancellation.

Delete my account entirely

This is the bigger step. It removes your account and everything in it — your story, photos, checks, and conversations — right away, for good. We can’t undo it. Any plan is canceled at the same time, so nothing bills again.

The delete control is at the bottom of your account page. You type the word “delete” to confirm, and that’s it.

Prefer a person? Email support@uselamplight.com and we’ll cancel it for you. Cancelling stops all future charges right away; time already used isn’t refunded, because the AI behind these products costs real money as you use it. A billing mistake is different — those we always make right.
